These standards govern how GTA6 WORLD verifies GTA VI information, handles rumors, makes corrections, and discloses commercial relationships.

Source hierarchy.
Official Rockstar Games pages, trailers, press releases, investor materials, platform storefronts, and direct statements are our preferred primary sources. Reputable reporting may provide context, but anonymous claims are never presented as established fact.
Rumors and leaks.
Rumors are labeled prominently. We avoid distributing stolen files, private information, circumvention instructions, or downloads tied to alleged leaks. A viral post, screenshot, or creator claim is not confirmation.
Corrections and updates.
Material errors are corrected as soon as they are verified. Articles show an update date, and time-sensitive claims are rechecked against current official information. Readers can submit evidence through the contact page.
Affiliate disclosure.
